Sometimes oly buffer doesnt buff or give the 5 buffs like he's supposed to making people lose points when they normally wouldnt =/

If I remember correctly you can somehow avoid this bug. But I played oly very long time ago so Im not sure but its something like. You mustn't use any skill while you're buffing with the NPC or you musTn't move?. Try something, cause its an old problem and not fixed yet so I dont think it will be fixed soon.

if u not take on first 20 sec buffs last 15 sec it dont give u at all

no, its true, sometimes buffer doesnt give u buffs, and if u click on it again it counts as 2 buffs...

Its npc lag, sometimes happen....dont blame him... xD

sometimes u get buff after 1 min, sometimes after 5 seconds, sometimes after 30 seconds....its npc lag, like when gk make u pay port twice

this npc lag is known since HB start
at the same time, when oly npc is not giving buff, your own summon wouldn't use any skills (during buff time ppl usually try to get cat or pony buff too:P), yes summoners suffer more!
the same lag (on infi at least) happens sometimes in anomic foundry, when mobs stop fallowing, stop regenerating HP, and ofc do not attack, same happens to pets there.

On oly only thing you can do is to stay near npc till it gives buff (it can give till end of fight:P)
on AF, to get summon buff, you may step away from mobs for some distance (or just w8 unknown time)
