After talking to both Protocol and Jaila we have concluded on the situation.

Players who were screened during the Baium teleport will receive punishment of 240hrs, judging from the place where they were standing they could only be teleported there so no excuse whatsoever.

Because there was not enough evidence that people during the Antharas lair screen was actually teleported  they will not be punished.

With the exception of Bloodseeker who is on 2nd offence and Cheruby the leader of Excidium during the time of both incidents will get permanently banned.
