After I watched the video i can't say that the dude was using L2Walker. Maybe he was Dual Boxing but the video doesn't prove he was using 3rd party software.

P.S. I'm Ro, not Cz and I ain't been playing Dragon-Network for 2-3 years now, so I don't have any reason to Defend the dude.

This smell me like "Ghost Busters".
Maybe go pk them, because of caravan spot and than can see if he is on bot or nope
