OK im lvl 85 100%  i bought like 50 bogs ( after month when i get hero also im used a lot of  bogs )  but  i fail like everytime skills  to + 7/8/9/10 where is notice always like 80 % 76 % 72 % ... Ofc im not just unlucky becouse of used a lot bogs its hard to enchant skills to + 14 15 etc.

So my question is why we have notice near skills for example 99% / 98 96 85 bla bla and its it lower ?

What is the real enchant rate of skills from full 85 lvl 100% now ?

80-90% chance is different than 100% chance ,i hope you know it .
Its gabling ,sometimes you win ,sometimes you loose .
