Helo.
I have problem with 3rd quest on Inspector.
Where i can start it ?

You dont need to start it, 3rd quest for inspector takes around 1 minute. :) Just visit NPC in Kamael village. NPC is hidden up on the stairs behind the temple. ;) Talk to him twice and your 3rd class quest is done.
