longer fights r more interesting, ppl use more skills debufs

All will agree that nerf 30-40% damage atributes in fighters weapons
Mages nef 15-20% in atributes damage

longer fights:) stacked subsystem makes to big damage in pvp

*magic* debuf land rate was increased by like 50% and they land  a lot now
