Is there any possibility to make mutant lv 80 ? Not dwarf's skin 85 lvls?

Beacouse now i need to have 3rd to get subclass quest, so how can i make mutant now?

While you subclassing your retail you can choose between all classes.

realy i dont understand the question ...... is like before just now u have to have 3d done and lvl 78 so.....
