When was marge  someone forgot to said that on x30 ppl have skils +20 
We are now one serwer. Items is no problem. But now serwer need be a little to balanced.
70% of nm ppl got skils 16-20 ..... On infinity 14-15 (few ppl 17 max)

Now are new rate and chance enchat should be this same.
And BTW: i have also enchated all skils 13-15.

I am sorry to disappoint you, skill enchant/item enchant/ was same rate and % success on all servers since day 1, why NM players have more ++ skills ; i guess more people-more actions-people try more to enchant their skills/items, it will be same if NM merge to Dragon , its more populated more items and more tryings.
But to sum up everything , we checked INF and NM base , and i can tell you difference between them is quite minor, so no big deal!

check donny manager and there is book for safe enchant lol.... rich ppls bought some and made skills . simple

Thing is those books existed on all servers, they were implemented on all servers same day, so they could do same!

Its bigger now for 0.8% , but you should know also 1 more thing, spoil rate ATM is even boosted comparing old NM stats, so again you have same result.

I just ask becose i have 50% to EAS and 30% to EWS 
On x5 hard to spoil that..
Example:
1 hour spoil on x5 = 2-3 EWS
1 hour spoil onx20= 10-14 EWS...
