boost for tanks problem?

Ok like we all know from loader tanks should get some bonus in atk.speed and p.atk when using sword. Thats rlly great but..
Im WL/PAL so Im playing on WL stats cause of more hp/cp and just because of that Im not getting that bonus. If I switch to pal Im getting it, come back to WL I still have it, but after restarting game I lose it again. Im pretty sure it shouldnt work like that so I hope it will be fixed.

hahahaah It is this same like was writen about dwarfs (sumon get host and maestro p atk) and now  no diffrence then and now with dwarfs

well it could be cool for the last pal/wl or pal/glad that u can add to the bonus list WL and gladis cause ppl use them in glad/wl stats not in tanker... well i think this boost its for the archer/tanks in oly so its unfair

Ok so seems like GMs decided that this bonus works only on tank stats. Well if thats their decision fine, but can U plz explain why?
Why for example he/Pal (he always plays on PAL ) is getting this bonus w/o losing anything and wl/pal glad/pal have to sacrifice hp/cp to get it? just explain that to me and I shut up I dont know how it looks on other race cause Im not that familiar with them.
