I think u fixed pretty well the smart cubic root cause now it heals your target  
BTW target is out of party...
its funny just look the pics
and i think life cubic dont work good (boost it )

because a life cubic doesn't move when he heals people inside party

He can be but don't have to be in party. This bug came like few days ago. Smart cubic healing or removing debuff (i don't know for sure) from your target, and doesn't matter if it's party member or enemy I have the same problem ( or better to say fun ) with my cubic

its happening the same thing what was happening with mutual response
