3rd quest class bug

so, im making 3rd class quest as u can see.
at the last tablet the tablet says "its too early to start this fighting"
i spoke with the npc after the 5th tablet.
even my quest says to speak with tablet as u can see
but the npc doesnt wanna appear
and yeah its the right tablet
i saw there was topic about it already, but i guess its really important thing so should be fixed asap..

Same problem here, I'm doing the grand khavatari quest though.

again this tablet? u have to wait til server will be restarted..
i could finish it after RR also
