Focused Force bugged

I have learned Focused Force lvl 8 and when i make it lvl 8 its should stay some time at this lvl if im not using skills like hurricane assault/forceblaster/force of destruction but its bugged.   For example i join olympiad and i im using soes + btb  when i get blees the body from soes its going down to lvl 4/3 etc next when im buffing my ass its again go  down, when i change weapons also go to lvl 0 bla bla.

Can u please fix this shit becouse i need every 10 seconds up it from to to lvl 8 and its not funny.
