PW bug Mortal Strike doesnt give critic rate

i just cant find any th skill that is working correctly atm: 3/5 blows fail, switch/trick - n/c, focus power gives crappy dmg instead of 60% and same for rest skills

same with pw/aw imo

as i know it gives skillcritical rate (in gracia double critical rate) and do not affect the normal hits critical rate.
if im wrong, then sorry, my bad

Whatever it should give it is funny:
In the beginning when daggers was weak he boost our critical rate and skill land date. After that he nerf to the bone focus death/power,he killed switch/trick and took back whole boost so next time you hear boost actually you will know that he speak for nerf...
