it is 2nd time when trackzero ban someone without proofs (xSultanx)
Me opinion : raport it to kotenka or Drake....

BTW: in rules nothing write about perma ban about insulting.
If even he do that max 1200... Our server have more problems with ppl who buys GM panel for donation then bugs, etc..

So this means basically this: i wanna insult GM (badly and not stoping even after warnings even chat mute didnt help), so NP i log lvl 1 chars and continue to swear and curse? Sorry not in my house!

My applogise, i forgot about that rule, and since i abused my own rules by not respecting it, i will change perma ban to 760hours so i can balance perma - 1200h ban time.

I do have proofs and however dont you think i have any other reason to ban some1 just like that? Brain connecting people.

 Thats right conect ur brain. IXOX is guiltless. We send u proves on pm's. I know that thats why Im not stoping help him and I risk ban for me. I can't feel safly when u give ban for nothing mayby u will give me ban for silent me ? U gived ban for wrong person. U have to big ego to change mind and to listen others.
