Codec Question

I've made one small movie in fraps (like 5 min or so), and when i checked file size, it was 6gb O_O

I've converted it to xVid, but its still high sized (1,1gb)

There's some codec other codec to reduce the size or its bcuz i've made its with HQ in fraps?

"Any Video Converter" save orginal size and change to avi, 1gb to 1 mb and same quality.

or use hypercam that is better than fraps imo
