low lvl sb for kamael, plz help

Im looking for spellbook for kamael called: "Sowrd Shiled" , its low lvl so should be in shop, i try find it in kamael village magic trader , not have it there, i try find it in gludio grocery shop not find it there...
does any1 know how to get this book please?
