I have CT2.3_Live_152.zip (its a client) and only loader ( after full check) all work fine.
My system Win & Ultimate and GF8600 GT

Let me try help you a bit, follow this steps:

1) Download client
http://dragon-network.net/download/Lineage_II_Chaotic_Throne_Gracia_Final.torrent

I used this one , works.

2) After that , if your Hellbound client is installed in program files, OBVIOUSLY do not do install over install, so make new folder in example D:\Games\Gracia final and install it there

3) After instalation is done on proper location , go to http://www.multiupload.com/4L6GNIWV9R and download whole package, paste the files

4) Run Dragon-Network icon as administrator (right click on icon run as admin) , do a full check, enjoy.

There is realy something strange. Same clients, same patch form dragon-network.net, all same. Same step to install - on one pc work on other no. And both pc is with win 7 same version

Maybe some AV or Security thing blocks l2.bin from been accessed from Loader? This sh1t carries the Themida protection and some AV blocks it cause cannot scan its content.

Turn off Anti Virus, download patch and make a full check and we can join normal. I make it for solve my problem.

Some time disable doesn't help. Either put L2 folder on exclusions list or uninstall AV.
