mby now they put normal on vesper so u got to donate again 

accordng to description in client files, vesper bow is very slow,same a icarus   
but, who knows? how they will configure server

If some1 here played in official server, know icarus in hellbound was fast, but when NCSOFT up gracia, one update was make icarus slow, in fact we doesnt have edited bow, we played like NCSOFT played in Hellbound (ofc i mean about bow)
