why icarus bow is slow not normal attack speed?

in helbund DN's ica bow was edited by attack speed.

now they maked it like on offical. slow.

Most archers versus any well buffed character hits max 300 anyway. Too much QQ on this network.

i didnt know, how its works on valkyrie server, but on dragon's x15 well buffed archers hits more for sure

and a char well buffed will never get more than 800 damage

even with 12k pattack
