[SHARE] short commands and colored system messages

hi guys, same as for previous two big updates, i made these two files for anyone to use. i know many of you are computer savvy and can make better ones, but judging from the requests i received, there are still people who will find it useful. both files are edited by me and are 100% clean. if you dont trust me, dont use them. track/piccy, if you see this as a violation of server rules, feel free to delete the topic.

system messages features:
- colored messages for damage given, damage received, heals, successful/failed skills, spoil, talismans, equip etc etc (like duh obviously)
- deleted some of the spam messages ("you carefully nock an arrow" etc)
- reverted some of the new gracia final messages into old style ("xy's attack went astray" into "you have missed" etc.)
- system messages are a work in progress, im open to suggestions. also if you find any error, feel free to let me know.
