Colour chat

i know there is a topic for that but it`s locked so i started new one ...

if anyone knows how to make system chat (damage, buffs, etc.) in colour please share your method...
i tried to use lineage 2 utils but it doesn`t work (yes i have net framework etc. l2u just can`t decrypt our server files)

and DON`T TROLLO, i don`t care about personal flame wars, just need method to make colours!
