Reuse - attack/cast speed?

You ever botherd about reading what new things official gracia brings? Fixed reuse?

if u wanna be smart then just copy paste all info needed on our server announcement  section , or make info section or something, or if u wish just give us some links where we can have some correct infos that works good here also ( u can apply this for spoil also ) ...
u said all this years that this is custom server and u don't care how official servers work... just make foking section for information needed on this forum . if things working different till now from oficial why we must know that starting now things will work the same ?

there are a lot of smart guys here, but noone likes to work a little ....

we have custom armors,shops,tatoo,neckle but for unknown reason atk speed and reuse will stay like LINEAGE.COM say... wtf?

Custom server is server where ppl can play in their custom style what they like! From nice custom (where everyone knows all functions) we move to 'custom official' server (where no1 know what to do bcs all is new) and we have custom items for cash for facking gm's other things are official. Frenzy reuse 10min! THANKS!

With sws is 6 min i already try it zealot charges in 1.5 min and frenzy in 6 :S
