Mutant +80 bug (retail)

All know they got wiped (lose sub + get back horn) problem is only that we lose retail's.
And also we dont get any other option to make again retail becose when we go to fokin dwarf near Oren  he said "the quest is already finished". And when we go to take new retail it write that we should make Q first..

It be fixed or not? Im just curius only. if not, i sub it for some sumoner and i put it on forbidden place

when will you learn differnce between +80 and 80+
1st means "add 80" to something, second means "80 and above"
