attributes and stuff now

any gm can explain us attributes now?

on valkyria my test of putting attribute on armor, i failed 10 out of 10 jewels and 5 out of 5 crystals (armor piece had 60 attribute), i don't have more and i don't wanna test how it's not working the way i expected
