Bison should give   + 300 crt rate and  + 30% p atak when hp is bellow 30% but its give only 19.6% p atak bonus and + 113 crt rate  so please  fix it  ....

The Covs Description is wrong. You see to say that gives critical rate but actually means critical damage.
