Actually BangBuster is NE/PP on main and not my char.

Char that is bugged is AW/AK AcidBurn. 166 crit rate with dyna knife clean, 166 with enchant +6, 166 with dual daggers+0

skill  from my TY/WC     (  AGILE MOVEMENT  + ENCHANT ACCUCARY DONT WORK )  i have it +0 atm but i made like +10 and was same accucary it was buged at hb later was work fine and now dont work again ...

almost every skill +3-4 more, u can see any change  or im wrong

To get 1 more speed he must make quick step +20

Quick step should increas your movement speed, every +2 should add 1 speed if i'm not wrong.
