As i know (maybe im wrong) but bluff should land like 90% - turn back person on which is used on) but now its like ... 1% to work? maybe a bit more but on 30 tries just once it turned back that person, if im wrong correct me if im right correct skill..

As i noticed,after you use bluff if it stuns target and you use backstab the target gets the whole dmg still,maybe it's texture bug or really doesn't work ,sometimes for me it turns sometimes spins like crazy and sometimes just stuns.

Well my bluff is only on +10 anyway it doesnt show any better land rate .. ;s

When in HB bluff always turned target backwards and removed target it was wrong, these effects shouldn't have 100% land rate.

Bluff has 3 different effects:

Stun - normal stun attribute (landing rate of it was terribly nerfed around 1 week ago btw)
Turn target backwards - mental attribute
Remove target - mental attribute

Normally all these effects have land rate of like 30-40% (stun now is like 10-15%)  if target is properly protected against them.

mental shield, wisdom passive, lionheart, maybe something else all these things protect from turning back

also probably drake just nerfed land rates for that too because he already nerfed chances of bluff's stun
