Problem With Subclass

Hello dear administration!
me and my friend didn't play long time. and now we have problem with switch subclass. as i remember. in aden was NPC where u must "UPGRADE SUBCLASS" now this function gone. we missed this thing and now have problem. please solve this problem. Thanks
