Well.....I used 250 Beaa +- and still got frintezza +3 so..good luck. Enchant rate is total joke.

pfff its about luck guys ... 4 days ago my friend craft dyna dagger and in 30 seconds up it to + 7 with ews .... 2 days ago my friend with ic +a+5 full atr made it +7 w/o failll ... yesterday i made vesper boots + 5 so ? but y rate for sure its lower then in HB :]  and like 1 week ago i made frinteza + 6 w/o fail ... just fail to +7

2 years ago +- i failed 14 AS from +3 to +4 with normal ews,Gm said it's normal,but the enchant rate changed ....and ppl were running with +10-12-16.
1+ year ago,i made boss set+8 with ....overall 30-40 fails ,tezza/anth/zaken/baium/qa.
And now...i can't make frintezza +6 with 250 beaa.
You think  that my luck can have such enormous swings? I don't think so Taki.
