Track - you should check Quest golkonda's again - they are NOT fixed

Ok - you wrote in announcement that they are fixed, but they dont spawn at all. At least i speak with some ppls who camp them for more than 1 day. They again spawn only if server restart. May be i am wrong - may be not. But just make one check.

Question here is , does quest golkondas spawn correctly not about toi horn drop.

They dont spawn correctly - just like before - only in restart. There is and anhoter "bug" connected with quest golkondas - every one char (only one char from pt anyway) in party randomly may recive horn - without to take quest from astral.
I will remind you and some other - there was topic before for this, but nothing happened. Mana herbs - this one's from which we may make mana potion in ivory have very, very low drop rate and quantity drop rate - they drop from 1 to 16 max and may be from 100 mobs from example will drop from 5 or 6 mobs max. Before they was between 10 to 80~ per mob and almost from all mobs. All other custom herbs - like orc fingers, restorative herbs and many other have same shity rate.
And some other - that is reported before too, but i will put there again - in ketra lands missed at least 50 % of mobs. They should be 2 time more from now. Check this also.

Its an off rate , in order to change it i have to go mob by mob and manually change/add , which will take insane amount of time so i do not promise i will do it since i wont! However i think is better now because , a)  i think there is plenty of herbs already on server and b) i remeber RIVER of DROPS and no1 to pick them up with 0 value so i hope now people will value the drop more.

Its an off rate , in order to change it i have to go mob by mob and manually change/add , which will take insane amount of time so i do not promise i will do it since i wont! For ketra - im sure that there is 50 % mobs less. If you had acc on retail you may check this alone. Anyway - i dont have any profit from that to tell you ketra mobs is less. They are. I remember how was they on c4, IL, HB - now ketra lands is empty. i maked ketra quest before some days and one time in start of gracia - its is rly pain with so low quantity of mobs. I cant imagine if some one want to make ketra lvl 5, and after this to collect items with killing ketras again...

Another msg from Triuferkkkkk in that case: i feel sorry for newcomers if they r, quest for varka or ketra alliance is fuked up, im not saying buged or soemthing, but less mobs in these areas + drop q item (only soldiers) is freaking low, took me few hours to make alliance...  -  that from july 2011 - http://forum.dragon-community.net/index.php/topic,251704.msg2286802.html#msg2286802

At last - i checked also them by my self - i have instaled clean l2jserver (without any customization) on my laptop with test purpose - there ketra is exactly how they was on DN before gracia update.
Why i told you that - im old player - no need to do things like ketra or if i need this will be very rare. But i meet new player who wonder how to make ketra quest and he wonder also why there is so low quantity of mobs. Thx. Hope you will check.

I dont have to check, because i know what is the problem which i cant speak at this point but its not related to bug or anything its just like that by default and theres explenation but as i said i cant :/
