Evasion and light set

@up do you think its normal when ... th/pp is running in vesper heavy set? Because for me its not.

I think that GM now are very present in the game so they have to change something... they just look at oly....

Problems are :
1)Evasion and light set are unusefull
2)Heavy set + full attribute are overpowered (so tankers are insane)
3)Stun land is too high (even with anthy there is 80% or more stun)
4)mirage+pvp armor+switch+trick are insane ...

New players cant do anything...

In my opinion server is very unbalanced...

I thnk heavy gives also 10% mdef and 7% atkspd which are not mentioned in description.Is OP in contrary with the sh1tty light don't you think
