I just subbed my necro as Dark Avenger and I cannot learn DA's Magic Resistance, it simply does not appear in the list.

Is this a bug? A friend of mine has a bishop/paladin and he couldn't learn it either.

this is not bug, just masteries do not stack.

in ur case u got learned skill Anti Magic from NE (http://www.lineage2.com/Knowledge/race_human_skill.html?my_class=human_necromancer) so ofc cant learn now skill Magic Resistance from DA (http://www.lineage2.com/Knowledge/race_human_skill.html?my_class=human_dark_avenger).

rly try use search on forum sometimes, cuz there exist alrdy xxx topic with same questions.
