How about adding live time chat room on the forum ?
Imo it could help newcomers to find some answers faster as other players can help them out fast with instant messages.
Also it would give a sort of "Breath" to forum too. People could discuss here when servers are down etc.etc.
Would be a nice thing to have.

80% of people who use this forum only know how to flame or QQ, don't expect then to help newcommer with questions about server.
