On a light you have higher evasion, but due to GF modifications, if they hit you, the dmg will be bigger. Still, without at least lvl15 heavy mastery, I won't use heavy set on my char. So personal choise, what you prefer.

This bonus on damage only applies when UE is activated.

Ur Evasion will increase a lot, but u will get hitted the dmg will be higher than normal, but when u not with UE u will recieve normal damage.

You could be right. Still, as I said, with crit dmg reduction from heavy mastery, I prefer heavy atm.
