I noticed that  enchanting armor is a reaaaaaaaaaaaaal pain now...  can we know the enchant rate from +3 to +4, from +4 to  5 and from +5 to +6?

Rate was change to official when we went from HB to GF, problem is that now no one knows the rates, or at least thats the last thing i heard.
