once i can make easy skills +10-12 then cant even make +5

Notieced it too yesterday...failed 5 skills in raw from 10 to 11.....

From my experience, it is the same (before restart, and after). If you are very unlucky, then you can break it to 1 easily (5% fail kicked in). Other times, you make +10 easily. Pure luck.

3x skill from 2nd prof on lvl80 char 0>10: 5 bogs

major heal on 85 lvl char 18>26: 9 gcm

imo skill enchant rate fine, all just depends of luck.

i think the rates are crossed...
is easier to enchant 3rd class skills to +10 than second class skills...
it should be easier for 2nd class skills reach +12/15 than 3rd +7/8
thats my opinion....

3rd prof skills are fine, imo check the rate
but failing 4 times in a row doing skill +1 +2 +3 is more then bad luck, its 90+ % !!

and @ ylim, its true, i think that some rates are changing random, sometimes is ok sometimes its huge lol
