IMO the RB/mobs that drop the items needed for those sets should be inside a pvp zone.
Like when track spwn some RBs inside coliseum... then ppl start to come with mains to pvp/pve

track dunno what was idea to make new custom set (http://forum.dragon-community.net/index.php/topic,45546.msg2301127.html#msg2301127), but better will be is u make some vote system with reward, like on many others pvp servers, fix some bugs ect.

now ppl will start farm new crap to get this set, but what about PVP, since gracia pvp is forgotten word, just on sige enemys kill each other
