My characters have been deleted.

        I'm back on playing L2 here at your server, but i used to play before. But when i logged-in in my old acc  it was empty (Without characters). I want to know what happaned and what can be done. My old acc is: tor123
        And the same happaned to my friend's accounts...

Characters that weren't loged for the past 6 months were deleted a couple of months ago or so.

I understood what happaned with my account, but i have another account that some itens had desapeare, like a set and a weapon... I'd like to know what should i do to get them back.
