Bugged skills TH

Skills advenute dont work or bad work.
1.  Bluff dont work good.
Enchant +15 chance and 99% try bluf is resisted.
Shield Stun+0 with DA or Pall landrate is 90% on player with rb set(zaken antharas) and Stun+6 and more  archer also 80-90% succesive.
Landrate SHIELD STUN and STUN is much too large but Bluff is equal to zero.

2. "Escape shackle" dont work
That dont work on Dryad root(PP/SE)

i dunno which buffs u use and prolly ur con smth like 10, mb thats why stun land with such rates on u.

My con is 40. I think its not bad. Buff wc/bd and sws

my con 30, stuff: anty,zaken,teza, dnet vesper robe and even oe stuns lands on me rly rare. so there smth wrong with ur char setup or with ur equip but for sure not with these skills.

sry but bluff is too hard give to players bcs they have strong mental resist for that skill. if will bluff have more chance or ppl havent too strong mental resist it will work good, but i think that 30-40% success of bluff on ppls with mental shield(buff) will be fine for all...
