dual dragon slayer

hello all. some1 know mby where i can make dual dragon slayer? i check in blacksmith of mammon and nothing ... all blacksmiths in all towns and nothing ;/ or dual dragon slayer can be maked only on c4?

Dual dragon slayers was created by Drake, as far sa I know, so U cannot create them atm, those who was made, are D-grade duals.
