How can I finish the quest Fate of Whisper if I can get the Baiums blood?

you can get it by delivering 30 blooded fabrics to that dark elf NPC at aden.

You no longer need to hit baium.

Just kill cabrio, kill the 3 bosses at TOI and then you have the option to deliver 30 blooded fabrics to get the red pipette instead of hit baium.
