30 beas 1 part +6 im lucky but i dont think is same rate of before;D

Enchant rate? Same as it was from beginning of Dragon-Network (we never touched enchant rate of armors), simple as that now continue trippin or w/e but inside yourself. If you ask about numbers, have no clue i guess official ones.
:P In HB I had failed 14 AS ,IN RAW,ALL from +3 to +4 ,i guess i'm unlucky y?Many many ppl can confrim it.:)

Not exactly true. In C4, there was a small period when safe enchant rate was modified to +6. A lot of ppl made their sets with normal enchants. I made my dc robe +6 then aswell.
