Starting problems

I downloaded the client from the how to connect page.
after installing. I puted the patch in de LineageII folder. And start with dragon-network.exe and did check files.
but if i click start. there is nothing happening.

Does someone know what i did wrong or can help me out.

Reinstall client, and re patch it with one of the following links: (its all same patch!) http://www.multiupload.com/ZZAM1EYUP6
