why stun working almost 100%

stun work almost 100%...shield stun mabye 99 %...and bluff word 10%...my bluff is +15...cant make more+ and success is 10%....we know server is tank server....but keep some balance...not all for tanks!!

stun chance fixed for sure, tested on siege yesterday. also as i noticed, good enchanted resist shock help alot. ofc if u have vesper set and this topic not about oly only, cuz there dunno.

Before vesper sets had 70% resist on stun, now its 40-50% depend of which set you are using.And stun is not 100% . Get proper set or buff correctly, i was on siege (giran) watching and i can tell you was more then fine.
