about isp in cardiff UK

cause im very dissapointed in virgin media
not any DN server works on virgin right now
huge lags , frozen char followed by disconnect

I did a ping test for your location and there is absolutely no LAG, you have even better ping them myself.
So or its your crappy provider , or you have something in background leeching your connection, or its your pc specs .
Server side is all clean! I hope you gonna solve this asap!

It means your gfx card is old or outdated since it have issues to render pixels .

Well card seems "okey" , even is from 2008 ,uhm.Are you playing on low details?

on nightmare i see that now its ok i can move even in giran
but on dragon or arena impossible
