I have bug with my ol'wc nobless quest since years,  at least 3 diffrent GM's(cutter, eva, piccy didn't tryed with track yet)  promissed me to take care about it or simply ignored. Faster is to make another char, a specially if u didnt payed much efforts with it. But seems track helps if u didnt earn problems during breaking rules, hehe
