I was offline few years , today i try to back in Nightmare but i can't i don't know what is happening to my char .He is dead and i can't log him,

o_O bad news may be someone of my online friends is make a little mistake :X can i check ban reason or ban expiration somewhere , is there any ban list?
i want to play but without buffer will be hard :X Can i get unban or this is impossible ?
