Char nickname change...

Hello. I have a little problem. I tried few times to change my old char nickname with [NIG] but i can't. Problem is here. On webside we can change [NIN] not [NIG]. So if you can change it or give us other way to change old char names from nightmare server with prefixes [NIG]. In fact i didn't saw anyone with [NIN] prefix

so what? now you can't do anything? its so hard to add 1, 2 or more options to change nick name? i can't believe it... pfff....
