no, is like 1/100

also if he could make it till 04.02 not 03.02 coz now is low rate we can't farm ty.

Should be much better now. Seems it almost dropps from every mob now.

Also, after next restart you will be able to exchange stones/crystal like in gracia final.

In new NPC we cant change 5 x stones for 1 crystal?

& why disappeared NPC buffers?

Sent him a message about attri exchange.
Arena buffers have to be summoned manually after every restart, they must have forgotten. I will summon them right now.
