Dual daggers

Hey, I know I adressed this problem earlier but you still can't equip dual daggers while you're not on dagger stats.
What is new though is that the boss weapon "Butcher blades" can be equipped by anyone without the FS: Dual dagger mastery learned and they also have the type: "Dual daggers /2-h" same as normal dual daggers.
Either change it so ONLY chars with the passive FS learned can equip Butcher blades (Dual daggers /2-h) or change it so normal dual daggers can be worn by those with the FS: Dual dagger mastery learned. (It's a passive skill and should work on both classes)
